The nationally recognized qualification SIR30207
– Certificate III in Retail course is
for people who already work in retail and want
to progress through junior level in sales and
service to retail operations and/or supervision.
You will learn how to communicate effectively
with colleagues and customers, apply safe working
practices and perform stock control and point-of-sale
procedures. You will also learn how to maintain
store safety and security and build relationships
with customers. You will also learn how to minimize
theft, operate retail technology and organize
and maintain work areas.
This will take place through a combination of
individual and team based learning strategies
that include practical activities, industry
case studies, role plays, simulations, projects
and assignments.
